Courtney was absolutely wonderful. She had an approachable and understanding energy, always kind and had my best interest in mind. We worked on the mundane day to day therapy (stress, mental health) as well as spiritual healing (past life trauma, inner child work, etc). She was flexible and always met me where I was at. I would definitely recommend!

Once again, another successful session with Shonda. Today we focused my neck stiffness, and shoulder / upper back discomfort. We also spent 1/2 the session with stretching (which i believe to be the most underrated thing when dealing with pain and getting massages.) Again, highly recommend her. Her 30 years of experience is very well utilized in all her sessions no matter the issue
