The Importance of Healthy Lymphatic Fluid: Written by Sophia Hammon

What is lymphatic fluid?

The lymphatic system (an important part of the immune system) is comprised of a network of lymphatic vessels that carry clear fluid throughout the body to not only defend the body against pathogens but is responsible for bringing in fresh fluid full of nutrients, in exchange for acid waste which must then be flushed into the bowel for elimination. 

It’s one of the largest systems of the body and so deserves some understanding how to support its crucial job.

When the lymphatic system isn’t functioning properly, the result can lead to cancers, serious infections, autoimmune disorders and other major illnesses. 

Below are basic choices that can help keep your lymphatic system healthy and operational:

1-Proper water from a clean spring well source 

In order to start any program of cleansing balancing or building the health of the body there is the first foundational point that must be addressed and that’s WATER.

Which is best?

Alkaline, distilled, clustered, magnetized, and RO water are just a few that begin the myriad of possibilities!

People get so confused they just end up putting a filter on the fridge and call it good without realizing why our water must come from nature or replicated efficiently the way nature tumbles water down a river in the sun naturally magnetizing, structuring, clustering and filtering it to where the body ‘recognizes’ it enough to allow it into the cell where we need it in order to actually be hydrated.

Nearly everything we drink has water as its foundation. This includes you! Your body is over 70% water. So, doesn't it make sense for you to drink quality water?

Think about why there’s a filter on your fridge?  Because it’s taking deposits out that we don’t want in our bodies. Which means those deposits will be sitting in the filter for weeks or months before being changed. 

In that time, at the very least, there will be mold bacterias and mildew that build up feeding off the contaminants trapped in the filter.  This is why the water is ‘dead’ water.

Most water and water-based products we drink have two common problems: 

First, before it even gets to you, the water has traveled through pipes, filtration devices, and various systems that strip the electrons (-), leaving water that is positive (+) ionized.

When water molecules are missing an electron (positive ionized), the molecules, which are two (2) hydrogen and one (1) oxygen - H2O, seek to replace the missing electron.

Inside cell walls are protein channels called aquaporins. Aquaporins are the "gatekeepers" that choose what is allowed to enter our cells. Aquaporins repel many of the positive ionized water molecules. Most water carries a high positive (+) charge, resulting in the aquaporins repelling the water meaning it is possible to drink a lot of water and not properly hydrate.

Most water is very acidic. Many nutritionists believe that an acidic body environment is unhealthy. In contrast, Spring Water or water from a natural well or spring source contains hundreds of millions of electrons in the water This changes the water from positive (+) ionized to negative (-) iodized, allowing the water into your cell to swap out acidic lymph waste with new alkaline nutrient rich lymph. Meaning it cannot be allowed through the Aquaporins, the cells gatekeepers.

Live water is necessary to coax the cell to dump off the old dirty lymph and acid waste on a daily basis while successfully uploading clean lymph fluid as it carries nutrition via balanced glucose and sodium, to the cell where it needs to be! 

Scout your local areas for tested clean spring water sources. 

Many areas have local wells that can be found by a quick google search open to public use. 

Real Water is a brand of water, if available in your area, that replicates this natural process as much as possible. 

 

2-Lemon and lime encourages the entire gastrointestinal tract to activates and do its job.  If everything about cleansing and being well is about hydration then where do we start after adding good water?

Warm lime or lemon water on an empty stomach early in the morning helps stimulate the gastrointestinal tract. Digestion improves, heartburn is reduced and it helps in the process of elimination. Lemon juice has citric acid, which helps the enzymes to function better. It also stimulates the liver and aids in detoxification.

Other add-ins along this concept would be apple cider vinegar, but always use ALIVE meaning it contains the living “mother culture”.  

Celtic salt, not refined table salt which once again goes back to basic chemistry why the cell cannot allow refined salts and sugars to be utilized for proper cell health.

3-Celtic salt is proper sodium which is imperative to allowing the “Aquaporins” or the gatekeepers of the cell wall to know its safe to open. Throw out your refined ‘iodized’ table salt now!

Low salt diets contribute to an increase in hormones and lipids in the blood. A 2012 study in the American Journal of Hypertension found that people on low-salt diets developed higher plasma levels of renin, cholesterol, and triglycerides. 

The authors concluded that the slight reduction in blood pressure was overshadowed by these antagonistic effects.

In addition, low sodium intake is associated with poor outcomes in Type 2 diabetes. 

Additionally, a 2010 Harvard study linked low-salt diets to an immediate onset of insulin resistance, a precursor to Type 2 Diabetes. These studies call into question the appropriateness of guidelines advocating salt restriction.

All successful lymph exchange is based on Proper sodium and glucose being available in our diet at all times. 

The same way a positive ion (+) charged water cannot uptake into the cell based on simple chemistry is similar to how refined salts and sugars cannot bypass basic laws of chemistry to sufficiently fuel our cells energy exchanges.

4- Transdermal magnesium oil soaks are also a highly productive way to fuel the bodies proper sodium needs, balancing out our over inundated carb and sugar intakes allowing the body to keep the lymphatic system constantly moving, which is key to any cleansing balancing or building program!
