10 Sure-fire Tips to Help You Fall Asleep

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reports that sleep deprivation is linked to a host of ailments, including increased risk for obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, and stroke yet finds that 34.8% of nearly 450,000 people they polled in a recent study reported getting less than seven hours of sleep each night while the average person requires 7-9 hours of sleep each night in order to be fully rested!
