Nobody said it’s easy but what do you have to lose?

It hurts to think that you lost a baby and it feels like lifting a mountain when you try to change your beliefs.

But the difference between being at peace and staying in misery is that in one you lay in the still water lake and in the second you move with the rapids of the river.

Start with a smile.

When you feel like everything falls apart and memories, gilt or resentment overwhelm you, put a smile to your face. 
Even if it’s not genuine, the physiological act of smiling will trigger the brain to calm and wire itself towards positivity.

Think about it, when you’re frowning or make an angry face is related to negative thoughts or physical attack.
For survival purpose, the brain is naturally inclined to look for signs of negativity but if we put a smile on our face, we basically telling our brain that it’s all right, there is no threat.

Practicing this technique on a regular basis it will make you be in control of your mind and eventually attract positive outcome.
