I'm a two curricula graduate from the Baltimore School of Massage, where I received a certification with NCCAOM in Traditional Chinese Medicine (in Asian Bodywork Therapy) and a board certification with NCBTMB in Western Massage.
While matriculating through both programs I also served as the Student Supervisor of the BSOM Student Clinic where I instructed students on proper body mechanics, professional ethics and wellness promotion.

An innate curiosity and conviction for helping others inspires me.

What I say to someone who has never tried bodywork?
Forget all the stereotypes, massage magazine covers and conjecture about bodywork. Bodywork is as individualized as you are..Be open. Be ready to let your therapist guide you. Lastly be willing to change ill fitted somatic habits for more optimal ones.
