I was inspired to become a wellness professional because I wanted to help people the way other wellness professionals helped me-assist in creating a better quality of mental and emotional health.

What I say to someone who has never tried hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the combination of hypnosis and therapeutic tools to help you with habit control and living emotionally free. Hypnosis is a natural mental process that the mind enters at least 1-2 times a day. I.e. when you watch TV or read and tune out what's going on around you, you tune stuff out because you are in a trance/hypnotic state. So hypnosis is not only real, it's natural.
