Bringing love back to health and wellness
Learn more about Andrea
I am a dental educator who is also a certified EFT tapping practitioner. I love integrating EFT into healthcare settings, and enjoy teaching EFT workshops and leading small group sessions (or "tapping circles"). I also see private clients for one-on-one sessions, which can be arranged remotely.
Some of the settings in which I've had the pleasure of teaching EFT include a New Brunswick Dental Assistants' Association meeting, the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference, a Rio Salado College dental faculty education event, and the Bleeding Disorder Foundation of Washington's Camp I-Vy.
What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
It’s safe to say EFT tapping changed my life! I went from being afraid of leaving my house (yes, this is really true!) to nowadays spending months travelling solo… in addition to all the other amazing health improvements I’ve experienced since I started tapping. I also have more confidence, more resilience, and overall more LOVE in my life than ever before. And I love sharing this awesome technique with everyone!!!
I found EFT tapping (completely by accident!) several years ago, while attending a dental continuing education course. I got really interested - because it definitely worked! ...
How my clients describe their first visit?
People often feel "lighter," "heavier," or sleepy after an EFT tapping session, and generally report feeling relieved to have gotten something out of themselves (emotionally).
What I say to someone who has never tried
EFT is a great self-help stress relief tool, and also can facilitate major breakthroughs in healing. In its basic form it is simple and accessible, offering clients a technique that empowers them and adds to their personal resilience. When facilitated by a skilled practitioner, it can help create massive shifts in health and wellness.
