Learn more about Beth
My work combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with the modern principles of somatic psychology to support the alignment of body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in the therapeutic application of yoga to transform unwanted patterns.
I work with a wide range of clients seeking more freedom in their lives. This presents in a multitude of ways—freedom from pain, addiction, anxiety, depression, insomnia, grief, fatigue, digestive problems, persistent stress, women’s wellness issues, emotional imbalance, spiritual stagnation—and the list goes on.

I am so grateful to be doing that now.

She is thorough, empathetic, and held me accountable, which is what I needed to support healing and growth across all pillars of my health. I not only found a yoga therapist in Beth, but a true confidant and healer. I can’t recommend her highly enough, especially for people who are living life on the ...Read more

It can look many different ways, but often involves me sharing customized meditations, postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle recommendations to suit your unique needs. It’s a very intuitive, compassionate, and co-creative process.
Yoga therapy is often used as a complement to Western medicine and psychology, offering additional tools to holistically treat various kinds of psychological or somatic dis-ease, ranging from low back pain to emotional...
