My work combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with the modern principles of somatic psychology to support the alignment of body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in the therapeutic application of yoga to transform unwanted patterns.
I work with a wide range of clients seeking more freedom in their lives. This presents in a multitude of ways—freedom from pain, addiction, anxiety, depression, insomnia, grief, fatigue, digestive problems, persistent stress, women’s wellness issues, emotional imbalance, spiritual stagnation—and the list goes on.
What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
I was called to this path through my own healing journey. During a destabilizing bout with cancer in my late twenties, I felt so empowered by the yoga therapy tools I was using to support myself. Through that difficult time, I was able to connect to spirit with more clarity than ever before, and the message was clear—I must share these tools and this healing work with my community.
I am so grateful to be doing that now.

What I say to someone who has never tried yoga therapy?
In my 1:1 yoga therapy sessions, I offer a safe space for exploration and curiosity around your internal landscape. It can look many different ways, but often involves me sharing customized meditations, postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle recommendations to suit your unique needs. It’s a very intuitive, compassionate, and co-creative process.
