About Me

My work combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with the modern principles of somatic psychology to support the alignment of body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in the therapeutic application of yoga to transform unwanted patterns.

I work with a wide range of clients seeking more freedom in their lives. This presents in a multitude of ways—freedom from pain, addiction, anxiety, depression, insomnia, grief, fatigue, digestive problems, persistent stress, women’s wellness issues, emotional imbalance, spiritual stagnation—and the list goes on.

I am so grateful to be doing that now.

I not only found a yoga therapist in Beth, but a true confidant and healer. I can’t recommend her highly enough, especially for people who are living life on the ...

It’s a very intuitive, compassionate, and co-creative process.

Yoga therapy is often used as a complement to Western medicine and psychology, offering additional tools to holistically treat various kinds of psychological or somatic dis-ease, ranging from low back pain to emotional...
