What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
At sixteen, I made the choice to put love at the center of my intellectual universe. Pulled between the poles of physics and philosophy in college, I chose technology as the best way to express my concern for humanity.

The first session begins with a simple question: "How can I help?" As you unburden your heart, I will seek clarification with short questions. The most common reaction is "I feel like you're really hearing me."
