What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
In going through my own journey of being obese my whole life from childhood was very challenging and difficult.
At 40 I had a minor stroke which I overlooked and continued on a go go go lifestyle. At 46 I ended up in the hospital 4X within 6 months from exhaustion, dehydration, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression and lack of nourishments.
That was my wake up call. I've lost over 80 lbs and transformed my life to live a healthy lifestyle.
