What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
After years of training people to perform more effectively at work, I realized that productivity is about producing the life you want, whether that's being number at the office or experiencing serenity at home. In 2013, I added mindfulness into my coaching practice and the positive results were dramatic. Whatever your goals, an approach that addresses your whole self is required. Everything connects.
How my clients describe their first visit?
Our first meeting is a free call or videoconference about your needs to determine whether we're a good fit. Clients say I'm friendly and informal and a good listener. They're usually surprised to get so much from that initial conversation.
What I say to someone who has never tried coaching?
Give it a shot! Coaching is a conversation unlike any you have ever had. You will be listened to with rapt attention and viewed as a whole, resourceful person--not a problem to solved or something broken to fixed. There will be space for you to hear yourself and examine your thoughts. Questions and observations will enable you to look at your situation from a new perspective, one with new possibilities for action. You will gain insights that lead to new ways of being and behaving. You become a more mindful expert on yourself.
