My name is Cécile Raynor. For about 30 years I have been teaching the Alexander Technique which is the best-kept secret of famous performers and Olympic artists. They swear by it because it allows them to perform at their highest potential with optimal safety.

What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
While studying for my doctorate, I had a profound insight into my own level of body awareness. I realized I was very much in my head and quite disembodied even though I was exercising 3 hours a day. I wanted my mind and body to work together as they are designed to do for all of us naturally. So, I chose to leave academia to become an Alexander Technique teacher.

How my clients describe their first visit?
Most clients have at least one WOW experience or two in their first session. This is due to a level of ease and pain-free movement they never experienced before.
