Charles is a yoga teacher trained in the Shaivism Hatha style. He has been practicing yoga for over a decade and attended his 200hr teacher training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and advanced 300 hours with SchoolYoga Institute in Peru. He is registered with the Yoga Alliance and is also a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui transformational discipline. Charles spends significant time healing energies with a shamanic influence, and provides meditation coaching workshops and transformational retreats internationally.

Oftentimes when I teach yoga classes, someone will come up to me beforehand and say, “I’m not very good at yoga”...
To the novice, the practice of yoga is often perceived as primarily physical and is often misunderstood as such. From a cursory glance it appears to be merely a practice of moving the body in and out of postures, but this is a conclusion of great error. There is no “good” or “bad” yoga. It is an expression of your own practice, of your own personal progress.
