Asking for help can be hard. Sometimes an objective, outside person can provide the space we need to find our own answers. My goal as a therapist is to help you reduce stress, increase healthy resources, and ultimately increase your capacity for joy and connection.
My experience includes work with children, adolescents, adults and families on issues related to trauma, mental health, parenting, self-esteem, grief and loss, career and life transition issues, and separation and divorce. I work to provide a safe and supportive environment free of judgment and criticism.
