Hi and welcome! I am new to Daocloud.
I offer a free 20 minute introduction to what I do and to see if we would be a good match in helping you. So feel free to contact me. There are many layers to HeartMath; like learning how to drive a car, become a dancer or ride a horse it takes time and practice.

I was born and raised in northern Wisconsin and moved out to Colorado back in 1993 with husband and 3 daughters.

I can't get enough of nature and with the long cold winters of Wisconsin, south central Colorado was a welcome change. We are outdoor people (360 days of sun).
