As a Baby Boomer, and a child of the 60s, I have always been an idealist who believes in the inherent good in people and always strives to support individual work that we do to become our best selves. I have also found that each of us come into this life with a set of challenges and lessons, but we also come with a tool box to deal with them. How my clients describe their first visit?
My hypnotherapy and regression clients have all met me via phone or Zoom prior to their first session, so most describe their first visit as more than they expected. My reiki clients are also relaxed and happy with the results of their first session, and I find that the next session is so much smoother because of their first experience.
What I say to someone who has never tried hypnotherapy or regression?
Trust yourself and your intuition and ask questions. The more open you are in communicating with yourself and with me, the greater your opportunity for gaining wisdom from your session. I am your guide who holds space for you to work safely, and communication is vital to skill development. We don't always reach our goals in one session, so be open to the learning process because the journey can be as enlightening and helpful as the outcome.
