What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
As a critical care pharmacist, I experience burnout in 2014/2015 and invested in myself to reset my healthcare burnout. What saved me from burnout and stress? SIMPLIFYING my life using the KonMari Method. Through this journey, I created the CLARIFY SIMPLIFY ALIGN Method to help others bring JOY back into their lives - both at work and at home.
