What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
I am fascinated by muscles and the way the human body moves. After having sports injuries, I became passionate about understanding how to heal the body and optimize function.
How my clients describe their first visit?
Different that most PT clinics. More thorough and more hands on. Many patients feel much better day 1.
What I say to someone who has never tried Dry Needling?
Everyone experiences the technique differently. It can be uncomfortable but it is one of the fastest ways to release pain and restore proper muscle tension. Dry needling is also very safe. I have been certified by MyoPain Seminars and using the technique for over 7 years.
