What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
My interest in natural health and healthy eating began after I awoke blind in one eye in 1999 and was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I started studying nutrition and learning about how what we eat affects how we feel and function in order to keep myself out of a wheelchair. I use state-of-the-art laboratory blood and urine tests to show me exactly how to design your unique, customized anti-inflammatory diet, so there is no guesswork involved.
