I received my Master of Divinity from Naropa University in 2014, where I became an interfaith chaplain, certified meditation instructor, and Buddhist reverend. Also in 2014, I became a certified yoga teacher through Shoshoni Yoga Ashram.

What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
Since 2008, when I was introduced to meditation and the work of Chögyam Trungpa, I have been deeply committed to a path of healing and inner growth. This has brought me into contact with many amazing modalities and teachers.
My own journey of healing and inner exploration has inspired me to offer these tools to others.
I offer only tools that I have worked with within myself and found to be keys to unlocking my own potential.
How my clients describe their first visit?
My clients describe their first visit as deeply embodying. They often say, "I never knew there was so much going on in there!"
What I say to someone who has never tried shamanic healing?
Shamanic healing may sound esoteric, but really it is just a way to explore our inner landscape through imagery and heal old wounds through metaphor and somatic experience, rather than overly relying on the narratives of what has happened to us.
