My journey in to the wellness field began when I was faced with my own health concerns. Challenged with having to find answers to health questions that medical professionals were unable to answer, I found a healing space in the holistic healthcare community. I began studying Massage Therapy in 2013 and went on to specialize in John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach (MFR).
The body has a tremendous ability to heal itself when given the right conditions. MFR has changed my life and I am so grateful to share this amazing potential for healing with others.
