Hi! I'm a former kindergarten and first grade teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience. I am a Mindful Schools Certified Mindfulness Instructor and have taught mindfulness to students, parents, teachers, and school administrators. What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
I left my teaching job in June 2020 after 21 years of teaching so I could follow my heart and teach what TRULY matters. Children need to learn how to calm down, focus their attention, regulate their emotions, care for others, see all that is good in their lives and most importantly they need to learn to LOVE themselves.
