Long time yoga, somatic and breath work practitioner. Moving into my therapy practice has created a focus on helping others to discover their limiting thoughts and actions they have held onto for too long. From this understanding comes transformation to re-create their lives and experience more balance, motivation and abundance.
What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
After many years of mind body connection, I now work with the subconscious mind directly through therapy sessions and this has proven to help others see changes, possibilities and direction, building confidence, resilience and faith in themselves.

What I say to someone who has never tried
Being stuck or unmotivated can be frustrating, stressful and unfulfilling. Visiting the subconscious mind and discovering where limiting beliefs were once planted can help us understand how we can replace old beliefs, install new and positive thoughts and words to improve our lives and make changes.
