Helen Gardiner-Parks is certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner which means she gets to play with food AND help people. The best job in the world, in her opinion. Helen also has a master's degree in elementary education from Sarah Lawrence College and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wellesley College. What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
Vegetarianism let me down! My body fell apart and, in rebuilding it, I realised my gift in supporting others to do the same.

What I say to someone who has never tried
Food is medicine, medicine is food. The body responds to the flow of energy in real, whole foods, as well as to the power of Reiki to shift emotional or spiritual blockages. With my support, we get the mind, body, and spirit back in sync.
