I am a yoga studio owner and a practitioner of almost 20 years. I have been training in mindfulness for ten years and the last five have been somatically (bodily) focused. Through my journey and through my own struggles with depression and overwhelm, I have gained insight about truth. I have learned effective ways in regulating the brain and body together and understand the impacts of trauma and have an understanding of how to work with the tissues of the body in shifting out of the resonance of trauma.
