What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
I became vegetarian independently from the rest of my family at 15 with my childhood best friend, after researching factory-farmed meat practices. Flash forward to my early 20's when I came across a book called "The China Study" that opened my eyes to the nutritive benefits of a whole foods, plant-based diet.
