Kerry has developed a unique approach to working with individual clients and students combining neuroscience, psychology and yoga philosophy. Having spent 10 years in corporate human resources, Kerry witnessed how stress impacted the already busy lives of her colleagues. In becoming a licensed counselor and psychotherapist while pursuing her yoga teaching certification, Kerry quickly saw connections that could create a well-rounded approach to stress management, anxiety, depression and pain.
