About Me

I am a Reiki Master and Certified Professional Coach. I combine the two in 60 - 90 minute sessions as they complement each other well. Like any healing technique, Reiki is cumulative and thus incredibly effective for maintaining optimal health and well-being when experienced regularly. Thoughts and sensations that may surface during a session are processed during and after to promote healing. Gentle questions and coaching techniques leverage the problem solving power of the mind, while tapping into the wisdom of body.
