I love helping people feel better. I myself have had back problems, physical injuries and have suffered from anxiety. Therapeutic yoga really has been the secret ingredient in keeping me fit, healthy and Harley riding at my age.

What I say to someone who has never tried yoga therapy?
My mission in life is to empower my clients with yoga therapy tools for both improved physical and mental health, giving them a sense of well being and peace they didn't deem possible.
By committing to your own well-being and developing your own personal therapeutic yoga practice, you are investing and directing your own healing process. You are choosing to not solely depend upon drugs, doctors or other professionals to heal you.
