I have wanted to help people heal my whole life, and I’ve been a anatomy and psychology junkie since childhood. With a biology and health psychology focus in university, teaching anatomy to my peers all through my degree, leading functional fitness, yoga and TRX classes while working in recreation and health, I have come to believe that the body has what it needs to heal inside. What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
I have been fascinated with human beings my whole life. I have always cherished the opportunity to learn about people and how we move, feel, breathe, perceive and connect. In my own journey, I have been a seeker since I was a young teen, looking for truth and freedom on a deep level. What I say to someone who has never tried
