What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
I've always been interested in fitness and achieving goals. My inspiration to become a hypnotist comes from those I couldn't help because I didn't have the skills. That is no longer accurate :-)
How my clients describe their first visit?
A client's "first visit" is going to be a 15-minute consultation (which is free) via zoom. My primary desire is to make sure the client and I are a good fit for their wants and needs.
Their first appointment is going to be a detailed client history of the presenting issue and what needs to be done, next as in step one, step two, etc
What I say to someone who has never tried Hypnosis or Coaching?
Hypnosis isn't a special state that someone evokes in you, instead, it is a series of states that people go in and out of all the time. The question really is... is the trance you are in, now, bringing you all of the joy, happiness, and prosperity that you desire?
Coaching is a simple and desirable process. A coach (in whatever context) has three jobs:
1. evaluate your strengths
2. evaluate your weaknesses or asymmetries
3. illuminate your blind spots
