What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
Having began studying martial arts as a teenager, I learned movement, meditation, and philosophy. As a young adult, I was only interested in the business world, but as time went on, my outlook changed, and I began learning more about the mental and emotional components of Who We Are. Naturally, I gravitated towards a different way of looking at life, one that is more philosophic. So, I involved myself in different philosophies as well as movement therapies. The more I learned, I the more I realized that life is more than counting money on a screen in an office...and way more rewarding.
How my clients describe their first visit?
My clients and my students have written so many complimentary notes that there is not enough room here. One constant comment has been how effective in such a short amount of time my sessions have been.
What I say to someone who has never tried yoga or meditation?
Everyone is different, but...
If you can breathe, you can do yoga and You do not have to be flexible in order to do this practice.
If you want to quiet the constant chatter in your head, sit with me for half an hour. If you desire peace of mind, give me 30 minutes.
