Born & raised in Upstate New York, Mike has a spirit for adventure, compassion and wellness. In fact, he is the youngest of five and each of his siblings works in wellness fields, so it must be in his DNA.

Traveling the world in search of wisdom and adventure, Mike has also lived in CT, VT, CA, and now GA. His wellness studies and mission trips have taken him to Peru, India, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, and the Bahamas.
