I coach-assist those wishing &/or needing to -
Sleep or Eat Better, Drink more Water (Get Hydrated),
Reduce Stresses and Improve their Muscle Tone, etc.,
- but haven't been able to achieve these goals on their own.
Practitioners (including doctors) TELL us to reduce our risks & symptoms by improving lifestyles, but few have time & expertise to teach/coach what individuals can DO, generally and specifically. That combination is a recipe for adding shame (another risk factor) since lifestyle-oriented issues arise from chronic inabilities to make changes on our own.
