As a Feldenkrais practitioner, I help people who have experienced either a physical or emotional trauma/ injury. It could be in the form of neurological difficulties, back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, anxiety and stress as well as compromised breathing.
I offer one hour private sessions. During a session, I slowly guide you with gentle touch and, at times, verbal guidance through movement patterns that enable you to learn to move with greater ease, flexibility, and balance. In addition, clients often leave with a restored sense of calm and greater sense of self.
