How my clients describe their first visit?

We explore your life circumstances, the emotional world you are feeling, and how to utilize meditation in your specific situation to accomplish your goals.

It turns out it is not what comes up in our experience that determines our well being, but how we work with what arises in our experience, that leads us to greater freedom.
