About Me

I am a Functional Fertility Dietitian with a focus on women's hormone health and fertility. Trained in Functional Nutrition, I dive deeper into often overlooked causes of infertility and provide customized diet, lifestyle, and supplement changes in order to help couples everywhere get pregnant naturally. I am passionate about getting couples better answers that take the stress out of fertility challenges all while promoting better health in both partners and their future family.

What inspired me to become a wellness professional?

I am fortunate to have always valued my health and the importance of nutrition in that picture. However, it wasn't until I found out that I had PCOS (by accident) that I was moved to focus on women's health and fertility specifically. I believe that I would have been faced with unexplained infertility if I wasn't trained to dive deeper to find answers that most doctors don't look for.

How my clients describe their first visit?

Most clients are blown away by the level of attention given to their intake questionnaire that they must fill out prior to their first visit. Even before we have our first session clients realize that Functional Fertility is just what they have been looking for. Many times, this is the first time they have been heard at a practitioner's visit!

What I say to someone who has never tried customized diet and lifestyle changes to optimize fertility?

It is very hard, if not impossible to know what's best for your fertility without a customized one-on-one approach that is backed by advanced hormone testing to give you an individualized game plan.
