Learn more about Paige
I am a playful, curious and compassionate soul, inspired by practices that help us all nurture and care for ourselves and each other more fully. My partner and I have chosen to live "small" and we completed our school-bus-to-tinyhome conversion in January 2021. If I were a dog I would be a golden retriever and if I were a tree I'd be a willow, happily nestled beside a river.
What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
If there is one thing I am here to do, it is to help alleviate others suffering through massage therapy. I came to massage on my own healing journey, having suffered significant back and shoulder injuries as a snowboarder. I then took my love for physical activities into studying movement and yoga with the "Nutritious Movement" institute and AIReal Yoga. I am also in the process of completing the "Corrective Exercise Specialist" certification with the National Association of Sports Medicine.
How my clients describe their first visit?
My clients describe my work as attuned to their needs, professional and knowledgeable.
What I say to someone who has never tried Massage?
Massage is a wonderful modality to address both physical pain and relax the nervous system. Massage sessions also help foster greater self-awareness and self-understanding.
