I’ve had the privilege to be part of a life transformation for many students. Inner inquiry and self growth is a worthy self investment.
I started to practice meditation as a teen. Since then I’ve traveled around the world and learned over fifty types of meditations. I lived for 6 years in a Tao Center in Greece, where I became a Dharma teacher and this work became my purpose.
I currently live with my family in San Francisco. I love sharing this practice and have been teaching this life changing process for over 16 years.

What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
My inner suffering and wondering about our life purpose and the universal connection, made me embark on a self realization journey. I started practicing meditation at a young age and began to understand why I was not happy. I had everything I wanted: education, a good job, relationship, friends, a private home with a cute dog. It seemed like the perfect life and yet I felt discontented, something was missing.
