Learn more about Randi
I tie my background in Shamanic Energywork & Clinical Bodywork with Psychotherapy.
What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
The Aliveness I felt through learning body and energy-based practices and how helpful the process of psychotherapy has been at different points. My work is largely experiential and focuses on ways to access and harness self-worth and creativity in multiple aspects in one's life.
How my clients describe their first visit?
Bodywork Clients often remark that they feel taller after a session, super relaxed, can breathe better and like they have a New Body.
Parents of baby clients note how relaxed and happy the baby feels in its body, especially if baby tends to have colic-type symptoms.
Psychotherapy clients appreciate my use of humor and honesty as well as my ability to help them see a situation from a different angle and feel it in their body.
What I say to someone who has never tried
A bodywork session with me is more effective than massage. I design the session based upon what you say, what I see and what I feel. Psychotherapy clients tend to have had exposure to therapy/spiritual work/alternative health and are curious about having a deeper understanding of themselves.
