What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
After receiving a energy sound therapy session, for months afterwards I couldn't stop thinking about how much that one session did for me and how simple it was. I felt that this needed to be shared with others in the Chicagoland area. In April of 2019 I soon found myself training to become an Energy Sound Therapy Practitioner after receiving my certification I returned to Chicago and opened my doors to help those in need.
How my clients describe their first visit?
When a client experiences a session for the first time, they often say that they feel lighter, almost euphoric. At peace and no longer bothered by the issue. They are sometimes radiant and filled with happiness and joy. A calmness comes over them. They can have a clarity of thought that was not there before. They are no longer feeling overwhelmed. Their fears are gone. They are now in control and are no longer just reacting.
What I say to someone who has never tried Energy Sound Therapy?
Sound therapy is a safe, non-invasive drug-free approach to release negative emotions that you have been carry around. Often making you feel as though you are not in control of yourself anymore. You are no longer responding, you are just reacting.
It's all about frequencies. Thoughts have measurable frequencies as do emotions. Any adverse emotion or past trauma that is affecting you can be treated though sound therapy.
