Hello. My name is Samuel Claiborne

I am no stranger to serious physical injury and emotional trauma. And I know how hopeless you can feel when faced with intractable physical and/or emotional pain and debility.

Over 2 decades ago I was completely paralyzed from the shoulders down in a biking accident, and in incredible, essentially untreatable pain. I was also suffering from brain damage, shock, and PTSD.
