I am what you call a "yoga nerd." I am dedicated to always being a student of the practice, and learning how to see every BODY. I obtained my 200hr RYT in Rishikesh, India. My background is in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga practice, and also trained in breathwork and meditation in India. I have a 100hr certification in Rocket Yoga. My Yoga Therapy training is from Loyola Marymount University. I am certified in prenatal and postpartum yoga, and am well equipped to affect change in maternal health.

What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
Wellness has always been my passion, but it wasn't until I had a panic attack at work that I realized something had to shift. I was a producer at CNN for 7 years. I left the fast paced newsroom life, traveled to Rishikesh, India and challenged myself physically and mentally. Upon returning from India, I decided it was time for my passion lead me.
