What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
I know first-hand how powerful coaching can be, and I've never regretted the many times I've invested in coaching programs.. How wonderful it would have been, though, to have worked with someone who specialized in shyness and introversion! I'm excited to now be that coach for other "quiet" people.
What I say to someone who has never tried life coaching?
I believe coaching is one of the best investments you can make, and the dividends are limitless. Every time I work with a coach, I experience new insights and breakthroughs. Working with coaches has helped me establish and maintain new habits and ways of being that have helped me in all aspects of life, from my career to my health to my relationships.
