I'm so glad you are here! It is so important to me that you find the right practitioner for you. A little about me. I'm an Army Veteran. I served as a Medic first responder. During my training, I learned about how the body works. After leaving the Army I spent time in veterinary medicine. I have a love for all animals. I decided to go back to school to learn about coaching. Now I am honored to coach women on how they can make lasting habit changes in their life. To thrive, not just survive.
What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
After being in the Army I had physical and mental limitations of what I could do. I struggled with weight gain, depression, and feeling better. I went to my doctor to see if I had a medical reason for my weight gain and lack of sleep. My labs were healthy. I decided to look for a health coach to help me change my mindset to see if that would work. I had tried exercise and eating healthy before but it hadn't worked.
