My interest in body mechanics began a decade before the inception of IBNT. I began my career as a PIlates instructor and quickly became an Instructor Trainer. I deepened my knowledge of human anatomy and physiology by teaching kinesiology for eight years at the local massage school.
What inspired me to become a wellness professional?
Like many other wellness professionals I came to this field in search of answers for my own pain complaints. Traditional approaches weren’t as effective as I hoped so I decided to explore outside the box.
How my clients describe their first visit?
I don’t know what he did, but it worked.
