Tracey Ratte’s journey into holistic health began as a patient of famed functional medicine pioneer, Dr. Mark Hyman and his nutritionist, Kathie Swift. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Holistic Nutrition program at Hawthorn University.
Tracey currently sees patients in the Charlotte area at The Well for Health, Integra Rehabilitation Physicians, and Integra Wellness Center. What I say to someone who has never tried
There is so much conflicting info. about diet and lifestyle that can really be overwhelming. I work to help people understand what nourishes and what depletes them...to figure out their biochemical individuality. They can take these skills throughout their lifetime to empower their health and become their own expert.
