As a health coach, I specialize in helping people overcome their personal health challenges. What is the main health challenge you are currently facing and is there anything holding you back from getting help overcoming this issue?

Before I became a coach, the main thing I struggled with was my digestion. I went to so many doctors and felt like they didn't have the time to figure out what was actually wrong. It wasn't until I started doing my own research and really listening to my body that I started to discover the root of my issues. I was able to find alternative healthcare providers that helped me make the diet and lifestyle changes necessary to resolve my symptoms.

Neck and should pain. I have yet to really find the cause, so it is hard to find a course of action.

Many things can contribute to pain. Inflammation is common, and this can come from diet, posture, stress, an injury or repetitive movements. There are many different ways to address pain, and yes, getting to the root of the issues is important. Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners are trained to address the root cause of an issue rather than just the symptoms, so that the symptoms aren't temporarily relieved and return. If you have any more questions, I'm happy to help.

Try an Emotion Code session. Often trapped emotions are at the root of neck and should discomfort. It’s noninvasive, quick and effective.

Just like Deborah suggested, emotions after often a cause for pain. As part of your healing journey, in addition to all the necessary medical viewpoints, consider exploring underlying emotional components. I personally prefer EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, and so I had to become a practitioner.

In my practice, it is healthy to face the emotion first and explore where it originates. Then, it is well worth further exploration to see how the negative emotion serves you and how you can create a method to use it to your advantage. We work with the levels of the mind that create new brainwave sparks, much like when we learn something new. This is training the emotions to respond versus react. It becomes holistically healthy and effective for our body, mind, and heart.
