Being kind, compassionate, forgiving and loving to ourselves has been a common theme I've been hearing from people recently.

To be genuinely kind, compassionate, forgiving, and loving towards other people, it derives from us practicing those rare and necessary virtues towards ourselves.

I find that when I am short-tempered, frustrated, snappy, annoyed, etc with other people, it is usually because I react that way with myself when I allow others to push my healthy boundaries. 

Our outward behaviors simply reveal what is inside of ourselves.  It's okay though.  We're humans.
      We're humans deserving our own grace.

I invite you to show yourself some kindness today...and every day.

You deserve your own mercy. 🕊

You deserve your own forgiveness and grace.🌾
