Here it Comes!

The holidays are upon us and we are all preparing for them in so many ways. Planning meals, anticipating family (with all the ups and downs that brings), preparing our homes, planning travel, and trying to be sure that everyone is happy. 


We know that we are going to be tempted with uhealthy food and drink, perhaps getting into it with relatives, or just trying to do too much. We hold ourselves to very high standards in preparing just the right food and having the house perfect. We don’t get enough rest, we forget our stretching and meditation, and end up exhausted.

Finding an attitude that helps us stay closer to balance can be challenging.
